I was too busy trying to focus the monster lens. At short distances the best way to focus the Rokinon is to adjust the focal length. The longer the focal length, the closer the focus. It is a weird lens to work with.
It does have regular focus, twisty the knurled ring, but for hand holding on moving turkeys, push/pull works best.
