A view from below and a view from above

nice shots and beautiful place.

they look underexposed on my monitor. perhaps its my computer

Thanks Venom3300 - there are a little underexposed to add to the mood.

THanks Bob it was not long after these shots we were back at the hotel doing just that.

Thanks Jacquot you would not be disappointed - personally I think Fall is the best time , mid to late September - weather can be hit and miss but generally September is the nicest (most consistent).

The shot from above is a good one, but you really nailed it with the shot from below.

I think this works for the below shot because you have a few bright spots in the cloud area, but you might repost a slightly brighter version of the above shot (or not as these are your photos and your interpretation). I think the above shot would benefit from bit a bit warmer and having some of the colours come out.

Thanks Marc I might give that a go or better yet get out there again before the snow flies and do a retake.
