I'm not a fan of the "HDR look", be it from exposure bracketing or from a single RAW file, but I like your No. 3, strong composition and nice colors.

All the images were developed in Lightroom 5, no HDR treatment applied at all.

Nice compositions! And while it might not be HDR, the photos do have that tonemapped "massive DR" look, but it not overbearing. I quite like it.

Yeah that's what I suspected, you can get that "faux HDR" look just by pushing the shadows a lot (on a single HDR) and bringing down the highlights (whites and blacks stay at the extremes): you end up with that slightly grungy, iper-real look that is so common in over-processed HDR.
Yours is just on the edge, and in the N. 3 fits in quite well.

I meant on a single RAW file... this interface won't let me edit because it says that my account is less than a day old, which is not true...

Quite correct in that the highlights and shadows were tweaked quite a bit in Lightroom to obtain the "desired" results. Even though in shots 3 & 4 a GND filter was used, some work was still required to obtain sufficient detail in the sky.
