It's official, the bug season is open.....

....even in Alberta.

Here are some images of a tiny wasp like critter that I can not identify. there are many and they fly fast.







To put the size of this bug into perspective: In the background is a rasphberry cane and the bug is on a piece of regular garden twine.

It's not that bad, once you feel the bite it's too late anyway so you might as well take advantage of the situation and get a macro out of it.
