Sorry, I didn't share.....
Posted By: mtnbearhug, 05-14-2008, 11:04 PM

LOL... I made this wonderful fruit pizza on Sunday for mothers day... Sorry I didn't offer to share it .... Its my moms favorite... It was soo bright and purdy I couldnt' resist but to drag out the camera and try to capture it.. I tried a few different views of it... please let me know what you like best..... Enjoy!!!!

The only bad part looking back now is my blueberries were still frozen and not as pretty as they should of been.. . So they are all frosty instead of nice deep blue..

That looks so good...

Beautiful colors, I can almost smell the sweetness. Photo 1 and 3 are my faves but I would eat them all

Thanks for visually sharing these tasty treats for the eyes...

Wow, that looks delicious and the colours are lovely.

Just wondering, what did you use for the pizza base, and the sauce? I presume some sort of yoghurt or maybe custard for the sauce?

It's morning... I'm hungry... and my first post to go look and comment is about food. Man that looks sooooooo good! I'm coming over next time you decide to whip one up cause if the pictures turn out so swell it must be delicious.

I've never heard of or seen a fruit pizza before. What a unique idea. What a lovely array of colours, i enjoyed seeing them all. I do have one question though: where's the whipped cream.

mmm mmm good..

Thanks everyone for the great comments on the pic and my cooking!!!

I am sorry that I made a few of you hungry (giggle giggle).. If any of you are ever in Idaho just let me know and I will be happy to make you one..

pop4: The "sauce" layer is actually cream cheese mixed with some hungry to sweeten it a bit.. Makes a great fruit dip.. and the crust is just a big cookie..

Again thank you everyone for the great comments.. I do appreciate them..

Have a good weekend!!!! Kim

Man, oh, man, that looks so good. I just luv mandarin oranges. I have a big serving of fruit every morning at work -- right before I eat my bagel.
