Maybe the boots don't fit right.

Photography is just like gambling, you gotta know when to run!! She looks about 5 seconds away from dousing you with pepper spray!

She would be really pretty if she smiled though.

Luckily pepper spray is also classed as an offensive, and thus illegal, weapon here in the UK, so in that respect I'm fairly safe.

Aye but not just any 135, this was out and about on a hot date with my "Lady luck” (SMC Pentax-A* 135mm F1.8).

Well gentleman, I bow to your obviously superior knowledge on such matters.

I usually point the opposite way and say "It was the big boys Miss and they ran off that way", it seems to work for me.
