I have absolutely no idea Bob, I am open to guesses, informed opinions, conspiracy theories, etc.

I had considered editing them out and decided the effort was not worth the result. Having no idea what caused it is spooky, but not too much.

This camera, a Franka Rolfix II, has been spewing green gunk from some of the joints, I think they call it verdigris.
It is possible that those spots are where some gunk got caught in the film. I dunno.
