Truly sorry for your loss.
92 years is a fair old innings (as we say in Australia)...but I'm sure that this doesn't make the loss of your father any easier for you and your loved ones.

When I first saw this photo, it nearly moved me to tears. I showed it to my wife today and tried to read the caption but couldn't make it through without getting all choked up. Very touching and well done!

thanks all for your kind words... dad fell into a deep sleep and never awoke, but
never had any pain or discomfort....and as a gent who always did things on his own
unhurried manner... the end of this life was no different.... dave m

Sorry for your loss but glad you had the chance to be with him on his last day. My dad walked out when I was 11 and I never saw him again.
