Hm, I guess it does at that. But I am being very aware of the colors behind the subject and getting the angles just right so I get this look Funny thing is I forgot to change the lens on my camra and was worried I might not get the look I really wnted. Think I will take this lens out a bit more often now!

I used the DA 18-55. I havent worked with this lens much before but I like it.

Interesting thoughts. I can see your point of view on this. Its just that I have this thing for color, so sometimes the subject is realy not what the pic is about. For me personally the 2nd photo is more about the colors than the flowers. The flowers are the accent in my minds eye and these 2 pics are more of art than photo if that makes any sense?
These 2 are actually going off to 2 different galleries as soon as I get them printed matted and framed.

I used the DA 18-55. I havent worked with this lens much before but I like it.

Regarding the lens, a good example of how it blows the other guys kit lenses out of the water.
