This picture was taken from the lookout tower and shows about a half of the footbridge. It is 1050 meters long and leads over meadows and marshes across Narew National Park between villages Śliwno and Waniewo letting tourist to get closer to the nature. Sections without balustrade (as seen on my picture) are meant for animals to let them cross the footbridge. There are several places on the way where you have to cross the river, but there are no bridges there – you must use floating platforms dragged with chains or ropes from shore to shore.
