Some photos taken with Helios 44M-5
Lens: Helios 44M-5 M42 Camera: Pentax K-50 Photo Location: Tehran

These are photos are taken with Helios 44M-5 M42 on my PENTAX K-50 with M42 Adapter:

You should have posted it a couple of days ago, on the 31st... mood was just right!

Nice shots. I always though they went straight from 44M-4 to 44M-6, and then I saw your post.

The first image is wonderful and really sets the mood of a dark place warmed by a comforting light. The second photo continues
that theme but I find the flash in the foreground overwhelms the soft glow in the background.

There is most definitely a difference between 4 and 6.

I believe he's referring to the white light hitting the blue table (?) that comes from the camera flash (if you used it)?

that is a little led light for lighting on the flower, but not flash light, anyways you are so accurate

I owned 44M-6 before, but then bought Zenitar K 2/50. Picture taken with these lenses are very similar, but Zenitar has a bayonet mount, that is much easier...

by "bayonet" do you mean a key that closes the aperture?
