More "Projector lens" madness ...
Camera: K-5 Photo Location:ISO: 80 Shutter Speed: 1/250s Aperture: F2.4
Posted By: Jean Poitiers, 11-04-2014, 02:28 AM

Bonjour,

Here's one of my mad scientist images (SOOC) using a very nice Leitz Colorplan CF 90mm f/2.5 projector lens, wide open since there's no aperture here.

It's mounted inside a Russian bellows to achieve a registration distance and finer focus ... Salut, J

This one really works.....you still capture that super impressionistic....shall I say French cinematic......background but with a sharp focus....your scientific madness is paying dividends!

the color is somewhat desaturated but it adds a "tranquile" mood to the flower

Thanks for your compliment ...

I could have post-processed it ... but essentially this image is SOOC (Straight Out Of the Camera).

Salut, J

I love photoshop and lightroom (and pp almost every photo of mine) but I don't think this image needs more PP, it's good the way it is !
