Many thanks, monochrome version was clearly my 1st choice. But Your comment is better than picture itself

Very nice perspective. I prefer the color version as difference in color accentuates the contrast between lively foliage and rough, rocklike bark.

I prefer the B&W as it's more dramatic. Good composition and conversion.

Many thanks for all the replies. I really like monochrome better. This image was composed manually, not in HDR software, from 2 shots with different exposure values.

Thanks for looking! The photo was made in Bialoweza primeval forest - a place in Poland that I can recommend to all fans of intact nature.
