Yeah, seems like there were a lot of 70's crime dramas that had rainy scenes at this time of night, with that kind of street light look. I grew up watching TV in the 70's, and this could definitely fit that bill.

Yep, same here. Something about that era of TV and film. Had a grittiness to it that I really liked.
