It's not a suburban environment, it is the Battery in Charlestown S.C. The Battery is a seawall used for the defense of the Charleston peninsula. The area is now called Battery Park and there are old canon still in place. This particular mansion is the Villa Margherita, cool name isn't it? It was built in the late 1800's.
