Creating macro abstracts can be a lot of fun too.

Anyone else ever try them, or care to join in?

I was playing with my Asahi close up filters today.

I would have played longer but the light faded fast.

This was the best abstract I got. A100@F4.

Playing with the K-3 and macro-close up filters...

The green crystals are of Uvarovite Garnet...and are only.1 to .2 mm in size

I love the one that looks like a bunch of chrome eyeballs lookin' at ya.

Here's an oldie I though I might have lost in the HDD crash.

This was with my long sold K200. I have to admit, I sometimes miss how well it handled reds.

Someone here, more astute with math than I, would know if this is true macro or not.

Takumar 200 F4 on the full compliment of extension tubes.

Is it live, or is it alien?

I suppose I could have posted this in the bokeh thread, but I find it leaning more towards the abstract.
