Nice detail, beautifully framed by the deep red petals. Did you use any focus stacking on this, or is it a single shot?

very nice "red" ! I've never shoot roses before but I'll definitely try after seeing this

Well do be careful when you open the envelope, as went down to the Loch and collected a few stars for you too, you know what a mess they make all over the carpet.

The inner detail contrasts so nicely with the softness of the petals - really nice shot. What did you use for lighting on this? Special macro rigging? I love shooting flowers, as well, and am always looking to learn

Just natural light, hand held no special rigging.
