These are my regular woodpeckers at the suet feeder here in Saugus Ma.I can count on these guys showing up all day long. The feeder is only 12 ft. away from the kitchen window which makes for easy shooting.--charliezap

I really like the template you used Charlie, what program do you use for that? I like that setup you have, camera on tripod inside shooting out the window, I would have a glass of red to relax and watch the birds at the feeder, doesn't get any better than that.

Hi Bob. Most of the time I use Paint Shop Pro but for the collages I use the free program Picasa 3. Try it out. There is a myriad of effects that you can do there.Let me know what you think of it if you get it.I turned many people on to it and they love the "I'm feeling lucky" one touch photo fix.--charliezap

I use Picasa all the time Charlie, my main editing program, but I didn't realize about the collage templates. Thanks for the heads up.

The woodpeckers and the other birds never fail to deliver. They are always just outside the window and it seems that keeper shots are not too hard to come by in the long run.--charliezap
