Hi everyone.

This is the first photo that i upload here.

It is an early morning shot, showing the valley of Sparta Greece in the morning mist.

Any comments welcome

It reminds me a great deal of a painting by one of the Hudson River School artists of the 19th century.... especially the area around and under the tree. The more I look at it, the more I see and the more I admire it.

Fog cover is creating nice lines which add more punch to overall image.

You are absolutely right. I remember now that as i was looking for my composition, i realised that the fog near to me started to move rapidly and i had to hastily compose and take the picture. Thankfully the end result was good.

Oftentimes we leave when it's still dark outside to make it on time for these kind of shots!
Waking up early is second nature to me and i really enjoy being out on location for an early morning session. The whole experience is exhilarating, you should definitely try it!

I agree, but that would imply going to bed early and not spending my night on this forum

Thank you for your kind comments. Early morning is my favorite time to shoot and i am always looking for some mist.
