Very nice!
Low key, complementary colors, golden accents...
Was it a pub, a customization on a motorbike or a fantasy convention?

actually wanted to brighten it up a slight notch...did a remix, but for some reason I cant upload any photos, to the forum I think I am having a problem with windows 8.....In any case these are my sons books and iron sword...just as they are on the shelf....at a certain angle the cold led light in the room was illuminating them without reflecting harshly....the beauty in the random...which you seem to have an eye for....

You too, phoenixvision, you too...
The fact that I couldn't identify it surely contributed to add mystery and drama to the picture.

interesting too, how sometimes the subject matter, in this case dragons, is reflected in the magic of the photo....

Bon jour redcat! this was just a bright led bulb...which normally had such ugly light, but playing with the angle and the shimmer of the books, I like the way it lit them....

Yeah...I wanted to try to keep it shimmery....trying to find the right balance....keeping it as dark as possible, but it is dfinitely on the edge of being too dark....experiments....

you are right, yeah, I love available light and minimise the using of flash... it could kill the mood of the scene

Thanks for that...!....One of the great things about the k3 is the focus in low light....it is a marked improvement over the k5.....
