I could try, but imho one of the strong points of this picture is that it doesn't have strong colors apart from the reds, which are represented both in the cap and the telephone booth.
Another thing linking them is the clear glass/plexiglass, so you establish a strong link between the booth and the bottle.
A bw would weaken this image imho because you'd lose half of the link.

Your very lucky, I always find the label facing the wrong way when I come across this sort of thing, so a wee tweak is required.
