Bonjour,

As a continuation of my "Franken-lens" efforts, here's a S.F.O.M. 100/3.2 medium format projector lens inserted and replacing the front elements of a "dead" Tamron AD-2 lens ... Quite a lot of fun rigging this stuff up. Ha!

.For a homemade lens contraption, that is some pretty nice detail on the bee! I like how the hairs on its thorax and abdomen are clearly visible. Nicely captured.

I never know quite what I am going to get as an image with these homemade lens ... not bad here and need to go back and try out this one some more. J

Thanks. It's sometimes not easy with these lenses, plus there's not a lot of DOF to work with ... Cheers, J
