Wow.

I read a lot of comments on this forum that digital cameras in general and Pentax in particular, can't do red. You have out the sword to this.

thanks EM, "A Furled Red Hibiscus" now that would have been a good title - but I'm going through a minimalistic title phase

I think it's got to do with quite a bit of the red shades being outside the available colour gamut in sRGB or adobeRGB.

Red looks good, but not all lenses capture red good, this is good lens, good shot.
