Is that a normal fly or some blood sucking, I make your life living hell kind of bastard?

Before I say something nice, I want to know if the fly is deserving it

Apart from its maybe hellish nature, I like the difference between the red eyes and the blue-greenish cloth.

No they don't bite but are a larger variety of Fly.
