Flower & bee ... à la large projector lens
Lens: SFOM 140/3.2 (6x6) Camera: K-5 Photo Location: Poitiers
Posted By: Jean Poitiers, 11-20-2014, 03:12 AM

Bonjour,

Here's a different SFOM projector lens (140/3.2 - large slide format) ... again wide open due to lack of any aperture. A challenge ...

Salut, J

Thanks Mark.

I wish that it was a tad sharper, but it's wide open.

Maybe I will rig up an aperture and try again.

Cheers, J

Yeah, I did not want to be rude and comment on the sharpness! Hard to get good focus with a setup like that.

Yeah, it's the fun and challenge of it all ... but, it's also a source of minor frustration, too. C'est la vie ...

Do you find the bellows works well - compared to extension rings?

The bellows is better and gives more flexibility. J
