Thank you. It's in Arcadia region Greece. Now it is dried out. But still provides great photographic opportunities.

Yes indeed. And we do go there quite often. After all there aren't many places like this in our area!

The lakebed now serves as a water reservoir with three different ponds. One is really big and holds the most water and the other two are smaller and much easier to get to. And yes the formations are really interesting and of course they are ever changing because of the varying water level. Also all this water produces frequent fog conditions. All in all a great place to visit photographically.
