That sounds like a good healthy eating Scottish diet your describing there.

But you missed the old Scottish favourite... the deep fried "Mars Bar" as part of the main course.

Very good.

Apparently... fish that stay together for social reasons are shoaling, but if they are travelling together in the same direction in a coordinated manner, they are schooling.

So there you go, a boat load must therefore be schooling.
