Nightime on the Arno River

Thanks both! I believe the fact that the K-01 has no mirror is a significant factor in getting sharp pictures... I could do that with the K100D as well, but it felt more "springy" in my hands with all that flapping...

Handheld?! Whoa, good job! I sometimes have handshake blur in daytime photos!
Good use of that M 50mm f1.7, I like to use mine for night time photos, too! Don't need AF in the dark, anyway, and f1.7 can be helpful, especially since this lens gets decently sharp already at f2

Thanks all.
When I'm in a similar situation, I usually try a f/8 or something shot with the camera resting on the parapet/railing, but 1) I can get shake just because of wind (around 15" shutter speed) and 2) pics are heavily tilted...
This time I was at the phone, so I also had to keep it jammed between hear and left shoulder.
Took like 3 shots, all of a similar sharpness.
If there was ever the need to vouch for the functionality of Pentax's SR system, well, there it is! :-)
