I usually think that the whole crashing wave shot motif is a bit played out, but I thought I'd share as I'm pretty pleased with how this one went. Especially given that I didn't mean to take this picture.

Obsidian is not really a mineral because as a glass it is not crystalline. It needs to have a crystalline structure to qualify for a mineral.
