Images from near the feeder Nov.28

Finally a bit of sun...the winter sun is very harsh....
-11 outside that's about 9 degrees F, cold enough to chill my hands right through the gloves,





Some of the residents..









When Tess goes for walks she finds all the balls Tripper has lost in the snow. So we have a good supply waiting for the next heavy snow fall.

Thanks weevil... these days whenever I see a spot of sun, I hurry and get outside for a few images, before it goes back behind the clouds.

Yeah... it's frustrating sometimes by the time I get ready to go, the clouds show up...

I like the picture of the blue jay. Beautiful bird!

And I am sure that you guys had more sun than us here in Sweden... A great total of 5 hours in November. Yep. 5 hours for the whole month.

But sometimes I got nice ones when the light was dimmed...
this one with the F 300 4.5 + AFA1.7x
grainy, but still sharp....

As usual, great pix. My favourite...2nd one of the light shining through the dead leaves. BTW, -26 C tonight in Winterpeg.

Pretty soon...next the lakes will freeze over and the ice roads will be ready to go.

It went up to 10 yesterday, probably fall's last gasp, we're back in the deep freeze today.
