This is an interesting shot, but ultimately it doesn't work for me.
If the red in each eye was the same or didn't look as if it was
bleeding, it might work better.
Also, the tone & contrast needs a little tweaking, at least on my
monitor.
I would also put the last guy in the front & the first guy last...
It is an imaginative portrait, keep working on it, I would love
to see more.

Thanks Ceci for your comments... actually, these guys wanted a photo similar to an Beatle album (cant remind which one it was), and the guy on the back was the "boss" and the other younger ones were his "trainees". It was a kind of "souvenir" they wanted me to catch....
Also, this was a first attempt to make a B&W except the eyes... but I may not have the good technique with Lr5

I like the idea but what's up with the sharpness? thought the FA31 can do much better?

Aw, I know that shot!~
I would love to see this same shot then,
minus the red eyes and the black/white
tweaked for more depth & tone/contrast~

Yeah I know.... I was asked to do that quite at the last minute, because the trainees (from France) were leaving a couple of minutes later, that was improvised, and I put the Tav setting, hence the hi iso... lost details there
