Arizona Winter Morning - Magic Light · **1 Like**

Three is a crowd as proven by they pintails. I really like the early morning light in the winter in Arizona. It is magical.

Winter time in Phoenix, the only time to be in Phoenix. Just a tad warm the rest of the year.

Winter here is wonderful but the summers are what makes life rich. The desert trails are empty of all but the most hardy and one has a sense of being wrapped in a warm sheltering blanket if you approach your hikes and dress properly. I love the summer here. But I also preferred winter during my 35 years in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Summers there are yucky humid an mosquito chocked. I grew up in Arizona and like the challenge of our climate. Of course, the snowbirds in the picture leave as soon as it starts to get warm here.
