I'd say cityscape. The eye is first drawn to the part of the picture that is sharp - the bars on the left side. One certainly can not apply the rule of thirds to find strong points on what is sharp but then again rules are meant to be broken. :-) It takes a while to realize that the background is a crane and the attention is caught by the lights on the extreme mid left and top right which does not make it a compelling composition for me . The vertical bars may be a repeating pattern but too irregular for my taste. Sorry if my comment is harsh, it is just an honest opinion of someone who is still learning and has a long way to go.
