Shot this Yasha goby the other evening and thought it turned out pretty nice. I love the bright colors on these little guys:

Try using a faster shutter speed for better results!

There is always limited light in a reef aquarium. I like to use a wider aperture for better DOF and I don't have an external flash. Maybe someday I'll invest in the external so I can bounce the light off from an angle.

You mean you like using a smaller aperture. It doesn't matter what is in focus if it is completely blurry from motion.. 1/10th is entirely two slow for anything that moves in the slightest. Would only be acceptable using a tripod shooting still objects
