Sometimes every single tree around here is wrapped around by this Winter Frost. The whole place turns into a winter wonderland but it doesn't last long...

The phenomenon is called "Hoar Frost". It happens when the temperature of a solid surface in the open cools to below the freezing point of water and for the most clearly crystalline forms of frost in particular, below the frost point in still air. It's rare but absolutely beautiful and amazing when it happens.
