Notre-Dame de Bons Secours Chapel

Built in 1771, this beautiful little church is situated in Old Montreal, the crypt museum and the view from the bell tower makes for a wonderful little stop over.

Built in 1771, almost 100 years before there was a Canada.. 5 years before the US war of independence, that's pretty old. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you all for the comments, if you are a history buff it's a pretty amazing place to visit, in the 19th century sailors use to go there to give thanks for surviving the crossing of the Atlantic ocean. It's full of old model sail boats and relics from the sea. There was actually a church there in 1655 but I think it got burnt down during the French, British and Indian wars.
