Steam Locomotive 425 RBMN

The Reading & Blue Mountain Northern break out the steam locomotives for their annual autumn excursion.
All three shots taken by the Port Clinton Station.

#2 does it best for me. I like the sense of moving "into the frame" and especially the steam movement as it hits the rock wall of the mountain, giving the feeling of the power of this locomotive. Great work.

When I was a kid, I used to stand right at the edge of the platform as the big Canadian National Railways steamers huffed into the station. Until they got close; then I ran. They always won the test of nerves and bravery. Brings back fond memories.

I think the third shot is best. What a beautifully maintained engine!

Yes, the RBMN keeps two of these steam locomotives in tip top condition!
