The K-5iis bundle deal at Adorama couldn't be passed up – bundled in the 50 1.8 for $100 extra!!! The package was delivered yesterday and I had some time to play this morning. These were both taken handheld and lighting wasn't great today. I flipped the flash up for the flower on the Christmas Cactus and was surprised to see it sparkled. I had to sharpen the image PP since it was a bit soft, which I think was due to being handheld. The angel though, turned out pretty sharp even though a 1/15 shutter was used...the image stabilization did its job on this one.
Just wanted to post a couple of my first pics taken with this new toy.
