That was a lot of effort to just use the auto-aperture feature of the Canon lens, when a simple reversing ring would have been just as effective, otherwise. Top marks for figuring out the electronics, but the mechanics were pretty rough, and using that drill without protecting the nearby lens surface had me wincing.

If you're going to move every post in General Talk that mentions ANYTHING to do with photography, you're gonna' be moving a lot of posts! For instance.... "What's Your Latest Acquisition?" A tempest in a tea pot.... but I guess someone has to he the hall monitor.
