Im never usually one for nature photography, but these shots are beautiful.. Makes me want to go outside and try my hand at Nature shooting.

Very nice shots, and thanks for sharing Gary. You should do these into a calendar for self, friends and family. Great way to see them through the next year.

Gary - what everybody said before - these are all crowd pleasers

BUT, just to be different I'm going to issue a challenge for your 2015 batch (and please take this with a friendly suggestion). How about a few images where the subject is off center in the frame?

Already trying. I must admit that I do find this difficult, when getting in close to try to get maximum detail it limits the way I can crop it ,also most just look plain odd.

A) For all the photos you've got here, it works with them being centered. I just sort of noticed them all being centered as I scrolled down.
B) I did notice how much you fill the frame with the subjects - the butterfly being a stand out example
C) I'm not sure how much you cropped the 3 snakes image, but that one might work well if you put the snakes on a third. Or it might not - as it didn't work when I tried to crop the image you posted. A lot depends on what else was in the original.
D) For the bird in flight and the plane landing, off centering might have given more of a sense of motion. So you might want to also see of the original images for those gives you more scope for offsetting when you crop.
E) The slight off centering above works. (Ok, it is a bit of cheat to say that as the tip of the beak looks like it is on the center line)

I guess the only real solution is for you to take even more images next year!

Lens

What lens did you use for that first photo of the waxwing and for that matter, for many of your other birding photos. They're so sharp! Probably way more expensive than what I have in the bag.
