Had the itch to get out and take some photos today, so I went to a local park, and was able to get some pretty nice shots. All with the K10D and Tamron 70-300 Di LD

In macro mode

Too many good shots to pick a favorite! Bit if I had to, that first frog shot was exceptional. Well done, indeed!

Now if I could get them to name a park up here after me... now that would be something!

Thanks Ted, I wish I owned the land where this park is, it is worth some serious bucks !! Would be for sale in a heart beat, lol

Faust = Old St. Louis beer family that sold out to Anheuser-Busch. The park is on one of the former "farms" that the county grew out around.

From Wisconsin, you could easily be one and the same :ugh:

And thanks for lookin' You should get over there, loads of photo ops, and I recommend going into the Butterfly House with your camera, definitely worth the price of admission !! ( was $6.00 last February )
