Another departure from our remote minesite, into weather, kept the camera ready. Another airborne rainbow, multiple shots.Not as much sunlit lkandscape as the last one, but fairly dramatic

Yes, a totally different day. It was hot, as usual, but there was rain developing. I had my camera in my lap, and the first shot presented itself



Then the rainbow started



then over the next 10 seconds or so, really developed. I just kept blazing away.




I got the shot I originally posted.posted, then it was gone.


I'm always after another airborne lightning shot like this one, https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/12-post-your-photos/212831-landscape-lightning-air.html, but you have to be very lucky.

I've never seen airborne lightning; despite a lot of flights. The linked image is a cracker. The attached images would make a great triplicate.
