Wrestling and Beer ,o my!,

So my friend who does design work and the opening video package for Wrestlepalooza and a few other wrestling events in Minnesota. Got me a photo Pass for the event and I couldn't of been happier. The 55mm lens was perfect for where I was standing and was very surprised at my manual focus skills.
And I also shot a roll of Ilford Delta 3200 film. That I'll be developing tomorrow.

Not a fan of such events myself but I gotta admit this was a photographer's paradise - loads of characters, difficult light, plenty of action! I am especially curious of your ilford 3200 film shots - that'll be my kind of treat I guess

Very entertaining. Excellent shots - I like the timing on the forth shot (the yellow, masked wrestler). I love the theatre of this 'sport' that makes extensive use of folding furniture - surely a sponsorship tie-in made in heaven.

My first thought was "Hey, I have that ladder"

Totally could be as the main event was a Tables, ladders, and chairs match.

Here is one of my film shots. It was shot with my minolta X-700 using a MD Rokkor-X 50mm F1.7. S1000, F2.8 and ISO 1600 on the film. I'm really happy with how they turned out.

These are some fantastic film shots! Love the 4th shot in the original post; that's some excellent timing. Also love the dropkick shot in your most recent post.

Really great results with that fast film - the look of grain and tonality is very good . Thanks for sharing!

Btw. I mind be the odd one but I found the most interesting to be the audience and the look on their faces ..
