Excellent shot of the Buffalo. Can see the frost everywhere...sure signs of a crisp winter's day on the prairies. Great detail picked up on the snow....I can 'hear' it crunch as you walk on it.

Thanks Tom - I did not look like a threat or food, they were not very interested in me. This was taken at 118mm

Buddy - this one sure works well in B&W. I can see plenty of detail in the animal's fur yet the snow is not blown out - super job.

What Jer said. Love the B&W in this shot too. Glad those guys are wearing fur coats.

Nice one Dave .... you indeed did extend the backyard .Mind you you will more as they munch grass like lawnmowers

Thanks Susan indeed coldest start to January in over a decade but the cold snap is breaking up now.

really works well in b/w, reminds me of the old pioneer photos on the range.
