I believe this ship is being loaded with grain. You can see the dust blowing off. According to this link, it's headed for the Panama Canal.

This is an incredibly good "industrial landscape." The direction and "flavor" of the light is wonderful.

I haven't been up to Galveston in well over a year, so this shot reminds me that we need to run up there when the weather gets a bit better.
