Had some spare time before the Christmas dinner in 2013 , so i got out and played with my B+W big stopper. It didn`t look to promising that evening , a solid cloudcover. Got a lucky break , the sun broke through the clouds.Just managed to take two shots before the clouds returned (and the rain).

The flood Barrier is situated in the entrance of the Heusden canal, it protects the 'Land van Heusden en Altena' against highwaters in the Bergse Maas. In use since 2001 , it has never been closed in earnest. Still , very happy it's there ;-)
