The reason the Aussie part of the sign is upside down is because that's how we usually end up after drinking Fosters or XXXX. Coopers is definitely the go in South Oz, where it's brewed by a long-running family business. They make a very fine stout - excellent for cold winter evenings. Speaking of which...now where's the opener...?
