On the edge of the Waddensea I was waiting for the good light and prepped the camera with the DA*300 to take a shot at some passing birds. Then I saw this scene...

1. The Churchgoer

And some weeks ago I was on my way with a poet on a boat for a payed gig and again a photo with somewhat of a religious connotation came out.

2. Boat with a cross.

Those are both just perfectly composed--amazing how the first conveys a sense of hesitant resignation; the second, an aggressive drive forward.
