Vintage Macro ( Bee )

Pentax' es first DSLR and a Pentax M 50mm F4 Macro lens :
Just for some retro fun ..
This camera was too expensive when it came out , now not so much . Its nice to be able to step back in time , and play ! ( who sais you cant time travel )

These *ist macros (mantis too!) are very nice. As a k200 owner i also favor the downtrodden and/or bypassed..

Great Pictures: I am amazed at the sharpness from the old 6.1 MP sensor.

Very nice! And now I recognize your user name... Great results from the *ist D that I sold you I think? Have shared your advice on close up lenses with my girlfriend and she's getting good results... Thanks! Not sure I'm ready to share my M50/4 macro with her yet... We'll see!

I would say yes , that would be the body in question .
M 50 F4 macro lenses are still cheap ( relative ) , might be a sweet sweet thing , to buy her one for the heck of it .. ( Cos you love her - I'm guessing )

Excellent. I have that lens, it's very good. Also have a istD that I have not used in quite a while. I need to get it out.
