Their parents lives by the sea, and his father is a fisherman. So they wanted a photo related with that.. So what is your impression?

and I would like critics for:

one snooted vivitar285hv aimed behind the kid
one 285hv in a softbox above camera
one 540fgz pentax camera left.

one 285hv in smal umbrella camera right, just to balance the sun.

These are all very good... I love the sepia tone in the first...
And in the last one his expression is priceless... he look like an old fisherman already...

Just some ideas IMHO

The first one is very busy. I found my eye being pulled between the young lad, sheep skin, plastic telescope, & upper right wall highlight. The lad in the nice wooded boat with a simply back ground would have worked well. The skin tine on the boy looks quite gray, almost as if you desaturated the boy.

The second one might have been better as a solo shot (somehow John Thomas has entered the set and has stolen the scene). I do love the skin tones in this shot, very healthy. The boy is giving great attention and energy for the camera.

The last one is excellent. Nice capture of the boy, wonderful supporting background, well done. (I think you saved the best for last).

Love the shots, last one is a real winner. I love the expression on the second shot, however, I would be very careful posting full body nude shots of children. There are some sick people out there that would use it to satisfy their twisted minds. Also, lthere is nothing stopping someone from right clicking and saving this image to their computer and posting on a child porn site. As a parent and grandmother, this concerns me very much.
